Strategy Session Block

Strategy Session Block - If we haven't already scheduled your first strategy session, we will be sending an email invite shortly.

In 3  strategy sessions  ( 45 minutes each) and 2 hrs of our back office time we will

1. Review and agree on your end results, goals, strategies and tactics
2. Assist you in building your project plan with clear actions to take, timing, and resources
3. Identify the skills you will need and where to get the resources
4. Work with you to add in the team members to your plan to get your project successfully completed
